CSCB Constitution

Aims:
The purpose of the CSCB is to co-ordinate and monitor the effectiveness of local work in safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare and ensure joint working across services and agencies.

Objectives:

The Board is committed to outcomes that are key in ensuring that children and young people grow up safely. The CSCB objectives are taken from:

• Camden’s Children and Young Person’s Plan
• National Health Service Framework for children, young people and maternity services 2004
• Children’s Act 2004 s11
• Working Together to Safeguard Children 2006: a guide to inter-agency working
